WHERE DOES ECHELON SHIP?

We ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO addresses. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Shipping is calculated at the time of check-out based on your shipping address. You may see longer delivery times if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or an APO address. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, AND HAWAII?

Yes.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO ADDRESSES? 

Yes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Only to APO addresses or US military installations.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive a damaged case we will process a return for you and get you out a new case free of charge. If you have any issues or questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to process.
