"Holly shit! They are good for waking up. You might need a tums with your pre-workout but sipping a quarter of it before the gym and as needed from there (go slow padawan). It's great for a little cardio, weight lifting, be sure to finish before the cool down or you won't. . . keep going quitter! All in all the flavors are like war heads."
